Please make sure to browse our shop before filling out the form to give you ideas of different styles and options I have available.  Once we agree the details of your custom order, we will create an invoice for you to pay for your order.

NOTE: filling out this form does not actually place an order, it only begins the process for designing a unique piece different from any other we have available in our shop.

Also, make sure to include as much detail as possible, including: metal,  sizes, etc., as well as referencing any items in the shop that you’d like to template your piece from.
